Holden Adventra 6 Speed Conversion Kit

Kitset to convert the following vehicles to a 6 speed Tremec TR6060 series 1 VE Commodore manual transmission.

The following are the Holden V8 VY & VZ cars from 04' & 05' suited to this conversion.

Holden Adventra LX8
Holden HSV Avalanche
Holden crewman Cross 8
Coupe 4

Kit consists of the following:

Adapter housing
Billet housing machined from 6061 T6 Aluminium
Made up of three parts.
1 x Centre boss
1 x C6 adapter flange
1 x NV124 adapter flange
16 x M10 countersunk bolts for bolting three parts together, (supplied assembled).

Adapter shaft
1 x Billet adapter shaft made from heat treated & ground 4340 alloy steel.
One end internally splined to suit TR6060 output shaft.
Other end externally splined to suit NV124 Transfer case.
1 x Reluctor wheel, (press fitted to the adapter shaft)

Bolting speed sensor to adapter case
1 x stainless steel speedometer sensor clamp.
1 x M5x12 clamp screw.
1 x M5 spring washer

Bolting adapter housing to the C5 case
7 x M10x40 high tensile bolts
12 x M10 flat washers
5 x M10 Nyloc nuts

Bolting adapter housing to the transfer case
2 x M10x75 high tensile bolts
4 x M10x40 high tensile bolts
11x M10 flat washers
5 x M10 Nyloc nuts

PLEASE NOTE:
There are further parts required to complete the conversion.
The kitset listed above adapts the TR6060 series 1 VE Commodore transmission to the NV124 transfer case.
Other parts are still required, (as listed in the conversion process) as well as fabrication work.
